Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• “User”: anyone who accesses or uses the Platform.
• “Task”: a request posted on the Platform that may require generating a report and uploading deliverables.
• “Commission”: the reward amount shown for a Task, payable only after approval.
• “Content”: information, files, text, images, PDFs, and other materials submitted or displayed on the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

1. 2.1 You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it updated.
2. 2.2 The Platform may be limited to verified users. We may require verification and may approve or reject applications at our sole discretion.
3. 2.3 You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Platform Rules and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

submit forged, altered, manipulated, or fraudulent reports or files;

misrepresent your identity, permissions, or access rights;

share or sell accounts, or allow unauthorized access to your account;

use the Platform for unlawful activity;

attempt to bypass security, interfere with the Platform, or scrape data without permission.

We may review submissions and perform random cross-checks. Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination, and any Commission may be frozen or forfeited.

4. Tasks, Deadlines, and Deliverables

1. 4.1 When you claim a Task, you must follow the instructions and submit deliverables within the displayed time window (e.g., 20 minutes).
2. 4.2 If you miss the deadline, the Task may be returned to the demand pool, and you may lose eligibility for that Task.
3. 4.3 You must ensure files are authentic and unedited. If a deliverable cannot be generated due to document limitations, you may be asked to provide alternative evidence (e.g., similarity report) as specified by the Platform.

5. Reviews, Approvals, and Commission

1. 5.1 All submissions are subject to review. Approval criteria may include authenticity, completeness, and compliance with Task requirements.
2. 5.2 Commission becomes eligible/withdrawable only after approval and any applicable review/hold period.
3. 5.3 We may place funds on hold for fraud prevention, dispute investigation, or compliance checks.

6. Payouts and Withdrawals

1. 6.1 Available payout methods and minimum withdrawal thresholds are displayed in the Platform and may change.
2. 6.2 You are responsible for providing correct payout details. Incorrect details may cause delays or failed transfers.
3. 6.3 Payout timing may vary by provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment services.

7. Fees and Taxes

You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider and for any taxes or reporting obligations applicable to you.

8. Intellectual Property

1. 8.1 The Platform and its design, software, and trademarks are owned by TurnitinHub (or its licensors).
2. 8.2 You retain ownership of your submitted Content, but you grant us a limited license to store, process, and review it to operate the Platform and enforce these Terms.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurnitinHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations, suspected fraud, or security reasons. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on the Platform. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
