Common Questions

Only individuals who have access to a Turnitin instructor or admin account and are able to generate AI reports are eligible to register.

TurnitinHub is not intended for students who need reports. It is designed for users who have legitimate access to Turnitin detection resources.

Complete the registration form and submit your application.
You will receive an email containing a verification email address. You must invite this email as a student user to one of your classes to verify that you have instructor-level access.
Once we confirm the invitation has been successfully added to your class, we will send you an approval email with your initial login password.
You can then log in using your registered email and initial password to start claiming tasks and earning commissions.

After claiming a task, you must upload the report within 20 minutes.

If the time limit is exceeded, the task will automatically return to the demand pool and become available to other users.

If the task requires both a Similarity Report and an AI Report, the commission is $0.50 per task.
If the task requires Similarity Report only (no AI report required), the commission is $0.15 per task.

Important: For Binance withdrawals, please provide your Binance ID, not a wallet address.

The minimum withdrawal amount is $10.

You may request a withdrawal at any time once your withdrawable balance is $10 or more.

After a withdrawal request is submitted, payment will be processed within 48 hours.
